We provide professional mobile massage therapy at the client’s chosen location. All services depend on therapist availability, service area coverage, and the client providing a safe and appropriate environment for the session.

Booking Policy

Bookings may be made online, by phone, or through our contact form. Once a booking is submitted, you will receive confirmation via email or SMS. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings for reasons including safety concerns, incomplete information, or therapist availability.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that the massage environment is clean, safe, and private. Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or contraindications before the session. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment, and clients with serious health conditions should consult a doctor before booking. No sexual services are offered. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

 Therapist Rights

Our therapists may refuse or stop a session if the environment is unsafe, if the client behaves inappropriately, if the client is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol, or if the client fails to provide accurate health information.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may not be refunded. If we must cancel due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose between a full refund or a free rescheduled appointment.

Payments

Prices for services are listed on our website and may change without prior notice. Payment may be made in cash or online (if available). Payment must be completed before or at the time of service.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

Massage therapy is intended for relaxation and general well‑being. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. We are not responsible for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed health issues or failure to follow therapist instructions.

Liability Limitation

K88 Mobile Massage is not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, unsafe environments, or misuse of the service. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

 General Policy K88 Mobile Massage aims to provide high‑quality mobile massage services. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Client Cancellations Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the appointment qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances.                                            Missed Appointments (No‑Shows) If the client is unavailable at the scheduled time and location, the session is considered a no‑show, and no refund will be issued.

Therapist Cancellations If K88 Mobile Massage must cancel due to emergencies or illness, the client may choose:

  • a full refund, or

  • a free rescheduled appointment.

 Unsatisfactory Service If you are unhappy with the service, contact us within 24 hours at contactkga88@gmail.com. We will review the case and may offer a partial refund, discount, or free rescheduling.

No Refunds For

  • missed appointments

  • inappropriate behaviour

  • unsafe environments

  • undisclosed medical conditions affecting the session

 Refund Processing Time Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
